This weekend 'Retreat at Home' will replace the cancelled weekend in Amsterdam and will follow a similar schedule with two meetings each day. Meetings will be a combination of meditations and question and answer sessions where attendees can address Rupert directly.
All you need to participate is a computer with a built-in speaker and microphone, and access to the internet. We will walk you through the sign-in which is very simple. Participants also receive a downloadable recording of the sessions.
To optimize your webinar experience we recommend a WIRED connection if possible. If you do use a wifi connection, close all or most other devices using the signal. For mobile devices, a 3G or 4G connection is needed.
