This group is for people born between 1985-2000 who have attended a Rupert Spira or other non-duality retreat or event, and are deeply interested in the topic. We will meet once per month on Zoom to listen to Rupert Spira's meditations and discuss ways to practically apply the teaching in our day-to-day lives.
