A Colouring of Being’s Self-Knowledge

Just as the sun illuminates the universe in subject–object relationship, but itself just by being itself, so being knows all knowledge and experience in subject–object relationship, but itself just by being itself. Being’s knowledge of itself isn’t relative to the mind through which it is known. As being is the ultimate reality of all people and things, being’s knowledge of itself is the absolute truth. It is the portal through which the finite mind passes, becoming divested of its limitations and standing revealed as the infinite. The knowledge ‘I am’ seems an experience in the mind, but is actually the shining of being. Knowledge of the world is a colouring of being’s knowledge of itself. The knowledge ‘I am’, filtered through perception’s lens, appears as the world without ever ceasing to be itself. Perception seems to divide being into subject and object, but being never actually divides. Everything shines with being.
