As we rest knowingly as awareness we notice if feelings of boredom or restlessness are trying to persuade us that we need objects to feel complete. Next we contemplate feelings such as sorrow, grief, fear etc. until they have completely merged into one undefinable experience. Finally, breathing is used as an agency of expansion until the density of an apparent body gives way to the transparency of breath.
