Be the movie character who knows there is only the screen, the person in life’s drama who knows there is only being. Whether the movie character looks inside or outside their self, they see only the screen. When the seeming person we are looks inside, we know only being shining as amness; outside, we know only being shining as isness. Everyone and everything are just the shining of being. Looking out at the world and seeing only names and forms, sorrow inside and conflict outside are the inevitable consequence. But seeing only infinite being coloured by thinking and perceiving and appearing as names and forms, yet never ceasing to be the one, the inevitable consequence is peace inside, and love and beauty outside.
