In this yoga meditation we begin by contemplating the objects of experience: thoughts, sensations, feelings and perceptions. We discover that from the point of view of consciousnesses, awareness is the container of all – not only our thoughts and feelings but also the sensations that comprise our experience of the body and the perceptions that comprise our experience of the world. Finally, we are bathed in the music of Mozart and find ourself as pure, self-aware consciousness.
