Seeing through Appearances to Reality

Reality is one indivisible whole, though it appears as many. All spiritual paths lead from the many to the one, seeing through appearances to reality. Firstly, we recognise our self as that which is aware of all experience. We don't become the presence of awareness but recognise that we are always only that. By disentangling from the content of experience, we discriminate what we are from everything we are not. Secondly, we notice that we, awareness, are not simply that which is aware, but we are the space within which all experience arises. Feel and be knowingly this empty, aware field within which experience arises and vanishes. That space is our self. Expand beyond the limits of the finite mind to the empty, luminous presence, the medium within which the entire universe arises. Love is the recognition that we are one. Suffering begins the moment we become entangled with experience. Be this space for the world.
