Surrendering Feelings and Sensations to the Loving Empty Space of Awareness

Desire or seeking is always a movement of the mind towards objects of experience; meditation, prayer or surrender is a relaxing of the movement of the mind into the subject of experience; if we desire or seek God or enlightenment, we have made them an object of experience; no object of experience can deliver the peace and happiness we long for; surrender is the outcome of this understanding; surrender is letting experience be as it is;

Experiencing raw sensations; the empty, open, loving space of awareness is the divine Mother; surrendering all sensations and feelings to the divine Mother; breathing in and out the loving substance of awareness; bodily surrender of the intensity of feelings and the density of sensations to the loving empty space of awareness, that is, to the divine Mother.
