The Body of Light

'I' remains between two thoughts, feelings, sensations or perceptions; the revealing of what we always and already are behind all experience; we cannot take a step towards ourself; the 'amness' of ourself is ever-present or in the midst of experience; the character in the dream cannot take a step towards the dreamer's mind.

The experience of the body as a pulsating vibration with no clearly defined shape; the current vibration has no shape, age, gender etc.; letting the body be gradually relieved from superimposed beliefs and feelings; sensing the head; removing eyeballs, nose, tongue, filling in the empty cavities of the head with light.
