In this meditation we see that it is not 'I, the body-mind' that is aware of the world; it is 'I, awareness' that is aware of the body, mind and world. We turn our attention to the body – sensation and perceptions – and allow the seeming solidity and boundaries of the body to dissolve into pure knowing, the loving, space-like presence of awareness.
